We are proud to offer an unparalleled, revolutionary product to the S55 community! Rather than offering our standard HPFP upgrades for the S55 platform, we went back to the drawing board to develop a smoother, easier-to-tune solution that saves you a ton of money compared to traditional HPFP upgrades! With this innovative solution, we are able to reduce the fuel flow of OEM HPFPs by 38%! We start with genuine BMW vacuum pump cores and install our Dorch Engineering Cam into the OEM assembly using our proprietary manufacturing tools and validation equipment. Because the S55 engine uses some of the smallest fuel pump cams in the Bosch range, we are able to achieve this extra flow without sacrificing the longevity or reliability of the OEM pumps. There is no cutting, no bending, no crimping, etc. This kit comes straight from the factory and requires no special adjustments to be operational. All the security and sophistication of the original DME remain in place. This is not only the highest throughput, but also the ONLY HPFP upgrade available that will successfully transmit emissions over the OEM DME mapping; all for a fraction of the price with a lifetime warranty!

*At 800 Wh on E85, there is still quite a bit of capacity left in our S55LK, but that's all we can get from the improved injectors currently available on the market.
Software modifications are NOT required to perform this upgrade. However, we have pre-optimized maps available via Bootmod3 and MHD. Simply check the box for our "Lift Kit" upgrade during the flashing process.
NOTE: The S55 fuel system is severely limited by the injectors. To see the true benefits of this kit, upgrading to the larger S63 EU5 injectors is highly recommended. These are readily available OEM BMW injectors, proven to handle 800 Wh on a pure E85.
