N55 DS25 HPFP Upgrade

We are proud to introduce our latest generation of pumps! Our highly successful Dorch Stage 2 (DS2) has been replaced by our latest and greatest creation: the DS25. This new pump is our Stage 2.5, which has been completely redesigned and optimized from the ground up. Externally, we have updated the pump packaging to provide better hose routing for even easier installation. Internally, we have reworked the pressure chamber, spring rates, piston depth, and completely optimized the pump's volumetric efficiency.

What does this mean? It means the most reliable and highest-flow N55 pump on the market has become even MORE reliable and even HIGHER flow! The DS25 is also designed to operate efficiently up to 250 bar to maximize the flow potential of the enhanced DI injectors.

Just like our previous generation DS2 kit, there's no cutting, bending, crimping, etc. This kit integrates directly with the DME's full control, just like the OEM pump. All the security and sophistication of the original DME remain in place. Software modifications are required to operate this pump. If you're using MHD or Bootmod3 , simply check the box for our pump upgrade during flashing. Otherwise, please send your .BIN file to tuning@dorchengineering.com for proper software implementation via WinOLS.
